Bay Chapel Food Pantry serves over 22,000 families (and Growing) year over year.


Bay Chapel Food Pantry provides a variety of nutritious food, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, and non-perishable items like canned goods and pasta.


Yes, you can make a recurring donation to Bay Chapel Food Pantry on our website or by contacting our development office. Recurring donations help us to provide consistent support to those we serve.


The Bay Chapel Food Pantry is open only on Saturdays from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. We are currently located in front of the Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church at 19911 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647.


None. We do not require documentation for those in need of food. Just arrive during our hours of operation (Saturdays, 9:30 am - 11:30 am), and you will receive food. We supply one box of groceries per family.


Unfortunately, we do not deliver food at this time. However, we are aware of organizations that have food delivery services and would be happy to share those organizations with you. Email us at info@baychapelfoodpantry.org.


Thank you for your willingness to donate to our food pantry. You may drop any food donations to the food pantry during the operating hours on Saturdays from 7:30 am - 11:30 am. Let the parking team know you’re donating food and they’ll point you in the right direction.
Accepted Foods: All non perishable items, canned goods and dry goods that are not expired.
Foods not accepted include fresh produce, meats, refrigerated items or any expired foods.


 Thank you for your heart to help us serve our community! We’d love to have you join us on Saturday mornings. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 8:00 AM (no later than 8:20am).

The pantry is located on the property of Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church, 19911 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647 — across the street from Walmart.

Upon arrival, check in with Michele, Beth, or Rob (they’ll be wearing green t-shirts).
First-time volunteers are asked to arrive at 8am but must arrive no later than 8:20 AM. You’ll receive your volunteer assignment at check-in.

If you’re bringing a group of more than five volunteers, please contact us in advance at info@baychapelfoodpantry.org or BCFPTpa@gmail.com to schedule your visit.


Our pantry volunteer coordinators are  happy to help with signing school forms to confirm your volunteer hours.

If you need official documentation on pantry letterhead, please be sure to keep track your hours. Once your records are complete, you can email your request for formal documentation to info@baychapelfoodpantry.org or BCFPTpa@gmail.com

Please note that processing may take up to 5 business days.


We welcome volunteers both young and seasoned. For any children under the age of 14, we ask that a parent/guardian accompany them for the entire time they volunteer.


We love welcoming groups and organizations who want to serve with us!  It’s a great way to make a difference together and have some fun while helping our community. Please email info@baychapelfoodpantry.org or BCFPTpa@gmail.com ahead of time to confirm your date and time before your visit.

We especially appreciate group volunteers during the summer months (June–August) when the need for helping hands is even greater.
