Thank you for your heart to help us serve our community. We do currently have volunteer opportunities on Saturday mornings. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 8:30 am for setup. The pantry is located in front of the Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church at 19911 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647. The Food Pantry will open to the public at 9:30 am. Upon arrival, please check in with a pantry team member (wearing a green t-shirt) and let them know it's your first time volunteering. You will be given volunteer assignments from there.

Our pantry volunteer coordinator will be available to assist with signing school forms to confirm your volunteer hours. For anyone requesting documentation on formal letterhead, you will still need to manually track your hours and have them signed by the volunteer coordinator. Once you have collected accurate documentation, you may email a request for formal letterhead documentation to info@baychapelfoodpantry.org. Please note that this process may take up to 5 business days to complete.

We welcome volunteers both young and seasoned. For any children under the age of 14, we ask that a parent/guardian accompany them for the entire time they volunteer.

We welcome groups/organizations that would like to volunteer. We do ask that your group/organization email info@baychapelfoodpantry.org to confirm the date and time. We ask that you highly consider volunteering during the summer season (June - August), as we have larger quantities of volunteers during the remainder of the year.
